How to read your stress level

Each item is scored from 0 (Not at all) to 4 (Very much). The total of the 10 items is converted into a 0-100 index as a percentage of the maximum (40 points), and the level is split using the thresholds below.

Stress index interpretation
Index (0-100)LevelSuggested response
0 - 29LowKeep up your current rest and daily rhythm
30 - 54ModerateManage with regular sleep, exercise and short breaks
55 - 74Somewhat highReview your load and intentionally add rest and conversation
75 - 100HighGet plenty of rest, ask for help, and consider professional support

Stress is a natural response everyone experiences, and a moderate amount can even be motivating. However, high stress that lasts a long time can affect your sleep, digestion and focus. To check in on your mind as well, understanding your tendencies with the personality type test can also help.
